The amount will be deducted from your card in case of an online product purchase.
Upon arrival at the courier's place, it is necessary for the buyer and the courier to check the product and confirm by signature that it is undamaged.
The buyer is entitled to request a refund if:

The product does not meet the standards described on its packaging.
